Novak Djokovic BOOED by Paris Masters crowd after Roger Federer controversy

NOVAK DJOKOVIC was booed by the Paris Masters crowd after losing his cool against Roger Federer.
The tennis greats were battling it out in the Paris Masters semis, which turned into an epic three-set tussle.
Federer fluffed a set point before losing the opener only to bounce back to take the second.
At 4-4 in the third Djokovic carved out two break points - only for the Serb to miss both.
And he just couldn't keep his emotions in check as he launched his racket into the court.

The move went down badly with the French crowd who proceeded to boo Djokovic for his antics.
While it wasn't smashed completely, Djokovic had to promptly change his racket before Federer held serve to go within a game of the match.
This is the 47th meeting between the pair with Djokovic, who has won their last three meetings, leading their head-to-head record 24-22.
It's not the first time Djokovic, winner of the Wimbledon and US Open championships this year, has lost his cool this week.

In the second set of his last-eight tie with Marin Cilic he had an outburst at his own box, before breaking his racket in the third.
Federer has not won the tournament in Paris since 2011, sealed his progression to Saturday's semi-final with a relatively routine 6-4 6-4 win over Kei Nishikori.
The winner of Federer vs Djokovic will take on Karen Khachanov in the final on Sunday.
