Serena Williams CONSPIRACY: Coach BLASTS umpire over US Open final controversy
SERENA WILLIAMS was done over by the umpires yet again at the US Open, says her coach Patrick Mouratoglou.
Williams lost the US Open final to Naomi Osaka but not after a controversial spat with the match umpire.
The American was given a point violation and then a game violation for her antics on court.
The umpire believed Mouratoglou had offered coaching advice to Williams - something coaches are not allowed to do.
And Mouratoglou was not happy with the umpire after the match.
“The star of the show has been once again the chair umpire,” he tweeted.
“Second time in this US Open and third time for Serena in a US Open Final.
“Should they be allowed have an influence on the result of a match?
“When do we decide that this should never happen again?”

Williams and Osaka received their trophies to boos from the partizan crowd in New York.
But the American called for the fans to show their support to first-time Grand Slam champion Osaka.
"I don't want to be rude. I don't want to do questions. Naomi played well. This is her first Grand Slam!” Williams said.
"I know you guys were here rooting but lets make this the best moment we can.

"Lets give everyone the credit where credit is due.
"Lets not boo anymore. Congratulations Naomi! No more booing! Thank you to my team, you guys are amazing.
"This crowd is the best in the world. Thank you so much.
"I really hope I can continue to go and play here again. I will see. It has been a tough year for me but thank you so much.”
